We’re thrilled to say that once again and for the second year running we’ve won the Growing Business Award at the Red Rose Awards 2017. Hosted by Lancashire Business View, the Red Rose Awards celebrate Lancashire business, commerce and industry.
CMAC continues to be a single point of contact for customers looking for coach, taxi and hotel operators to meet their various requirements. Huge congratulations go to our clients, ‘Avalon Waterways’ who picked up a top industry accolade at the 2017 Wave Awards, recognising and celebrating brilliance within the cruise holiday sector.
CMAC is proud to work with Avalon, helping with their award winning ‘best transfer service’, a home pick up facility which ensures their customer’s holidays get off to the best start possible. They are the only company in the river cruise market to provide this service and their customers cite it as one of the reasons why they come back time and time again. We’re so proud of our ...
Once again, it was great to exhibit at the Business Travel Show 2017, which is always a fantastic event, meeting many potential clients but also catching up with industry partners and some familiar faces. We had a great stand which really stood out amongst the busy crowds. We displayed live tracking of UK disruption, as storm Doris was keeping our team very busy with disruption to airlines and rail services, demonstrating our emergency transport solution live in action.
Storm Doris has now passed! We want to take this opportunity to thank everybody for their help and support in what was yet another challenging day. At peak times the sheer volume of calls & requests was staggering. As always, we collectively got through the day with our heads held high. Great team effort (189 Coaches - 498 Taxis - 784 Hotels). Here's to a safe weekend.
We’re honoured to once again be nominated as finalists for three Red Rose Awards. These awards are where the finest of Lancashire’s business, commerce and industry are celebrated and we’re thrilled to be in such fine company.
The ceremony is held on 9th March at the splendid Empress Ballroom in Blackpool.

That’s right, CMAC has been going for a decade and what a decade it’s been. From humble beginnings, our team has grown and flourished but never lost sight of what it is that we wanted to achieve. And that was to provide a first-class service to both our customers and our suppliers, one never being more important than the other. Over ten years we are proud to say that most of our very first customers and suppliers are still with us and enjoy being part of the larger CMAC family.
So what does the next ten years hold ...
